If you do not make yourself known to the Business Architecture Guild or its members, your use of our content and services is generally anonymous.

We may contact you with information relating to or content that may be of interest to you, such as newsletters. You have the option to unsubscribe.

PAYMENT POLICY
No individual registrant will be allowed to attend a training course(s) unless payment for that individual registrant has been received prior to the start date of the training course. No exceptions.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the start of training is refundable at 50% of the fee. Cancellation inside of 30 days of the start of training is not refundable. An attendee may switch to another BAA training event up to the start of the training without penalty.
